How to Find your Way to Happiness

People are not always happy, there are also sad moments as well as a wide range of emotions that you feel everyday. These emotions are simply part of humanity that we can never take away. How these emotions soars makes life exciting and worth living, especially if we finally find our way to happiness.

Finding your way to happiness

A lot of people who believe in suffering with their sadness had felt that there is no more to their lives than misery and loneliness. When sadness is becoming a greater part of your daily experiences, it is time that you take action and look the other way to happiness.

Our body has an energy system, both joy and grief are held inside the heart chakra. And these two are very much connected, for you to raise your joy inside you; you must heal the sadness that is weighing your happiness down. Still the best way is to become aware of the sadness and hear what it has to say. You should also allow that sadness to speak or weep and let it validate its presence, and only then should you allow yourself to let go which is easier said than done.

When healing from sadness and pain, it is important to reach out for help and ask others for assistance in your difficult times. Though you can opt for the more traditional counseling or grief therapy, there are always your friends to help you get a perspective of things other than how you view things. Sometimes, when you are so miserable, you are rendered blind by the negativity from seeing things in another way. It will be beneficial to have outside observation during these times.

Getting fresh perspectives can help you deal with the ordinariness of the things you are stuck with. You’d feel that there seems to be something missing in your life, and many tire from pursuing the purpose and quality of life that they want. There are people who have been carrying their burdens around and not knowing that to do to get out of their sadness and grief. Some do not know how to finally let go of the things that are weighing them down. Yet despite people’s differences of backgrounds and experiences, the desire is one and the same – that is to find the way to happiness.

For people who have experienced sadness and grief, happiness is borne from the healing process. Once we allow sadness to be released and changed in to joy, we then achieve freedom from our burdens. You then become free to express your happiness, your wants, needs, and desires. You’re now free to expand within your own body energy and be simply one with yourself.

    People tend to get stuck in their feelings of unhappiness and let them become their habitual way of being. I agree with your advice to gain fresh perspectives from loved ones. Then the decision needs to be made to move on. Choosing to focus on what you desire from life, rather than what is, is the way out of ’stuckness’. Happiness is not some magical state bestowed upon us by a magic wand. More often than not, it is simply a choice we make.
