If you will observe people, and even those in the higher ends of society and celebrities, wealth and power are still not the basis for being happy.

* The first thing that you need to master the art of happiness is to develop into a peaceful being.

* Have a clear conscience and do only the things that you think is correct.

* And never try to lie to yourself as this is the worst possible thing that you can do to yourself and take you farther away from learning the art of happiness.

* Learn to be contented with what you have right now and do not be greedy for more.

In today’s world, it is only right that we be satisfied with what we have and constantly wanting for more will be an unending cycle of greediness. How to Practice the Art of Happiness

Christmastime can be considered as the happiest season of all. Many people excited and happy – you see all those hearty smiles and a happy aura in almost everyone you see. Even the poorest of the poor are distracted by the air of happiness around them. During these times, people unknowingly practice the art of happiness. There is time off from work, you are able to see your family that you don’t always see and we all can celebrate merrily. But how about the other seasons or months of the year, can you say that you are happy too?

Happiness all year through

Happiness should not be experienced and practiced only during Christmastime. You can practice the art of happiness all year through. Mental and emotional states can be trained into keeping on happy lines of your everyday life. If you deliberately practice having a peaceful state such as when you are meditating, you can easily see how you can keep your emotions on a positive note.

However, if you spend most of your days feeling worried, angry, frustrated, and anxious and upset, you will only be nurturing and practicing negative emotions and leave you in a negative state all day. So what you can do to keep that aura of happiness on all day is to spend a quiet 30 minutes to practice peace and meditation to release all the negative thought that you have in your day.

Like many, you definitely want to be happy and successful, but you really can’t achieve that state if you would linger on your negative state. You have to keep on practicing the art of happiness until it becomes a natural state for you.

Practicing Happiness all day

Continuously practicing being happy can actually be done all day though. Some of the ways that can keep you happy all day even if you become busy with your daily activities are:

* Set being happy as the most important goal you need to achieve.

* Release your pent up emotions magically and restore the happiness each time you feel negative things coming to you.

* Try hugging refrigerators and other electrical appliances which can handle psychic fire energy such as anger and negativity. So each time you feel a blast of negative energy, simply put up your hands and feet on your refrigerator and blast it all away.

And remember that the negativity won’t last forever – even those negative states. You may wait our negativity until your happiness. Distract yourself with physical movement and continue practicing the art of happiness.
