Different Approaches on How to be Happy

February 12th, 2009

There are plenty of people out there around the world who experience all forms of frustration that negate their happiness. Even the smallest morsel of frustration or sadness can easily ruin a generally happy day. The only way to counteract with these forces is to know some of the different approaches on how to be happy so you can outnumber the reasons for you to be unhappy with more reasons to be happy.

The different approaches are the following:

1. No matter what approach you plan to take, it is always a good idea to start things out by making a self-development plan in achieving happiness. The plan on how to be happy shouldn’t be a head on goal where you can say that you want to be happy next week because targeting a single goal can lead to incomplete formation of the happiness you wish to create. What you want to do is equally distribute your goals among basic things that make you happy like seeking love, wishing for good health, being successful in your career.

2. Do you have any types of phobia in life? Fears can greatly affect your confidence in certain situations. Try to overcome those by creating some peace within your inner self and by creating more reasons to be fearless of a particular element. A positive outlook is always a dominant force and can result to happiness, but it is still a good idea to prepare for an unlikely event to show that you can still be strong no matter what the situation is.

3. To increase your positive aura even more, learn how to accept yourself and others unconditionally. Having conditions is like making a prerequisite in order to accept it and relying on that too much will induce more frustrations when these conditions cannot be met for a reason that you have no control of. Instead, overcome those negative feelings and add some more open space within yourself so you can let positive feelings develop.

4. While other people around you can contribute as an approach on how to be happy, the absence of those people can lean towards the opposite. This can be remedied if you are self-dependant and assertive. Of course, you shouldn’t be selfish either and make sure you are creating happiness around them as well to remove all forms of guilt.

5. Lastly, try to be more open for learning and diving into new and exciting experiences that can earn you more success and produce even more happiness. Do your best in being happy during any given situation.

By using all of these approaches effectively and simultaneously, you can achieve a happiness known as authentic happiness or happiness that is there to stay within you.

Do you have what it takes to achieve happiness? There are many more ways than one if you just believe in it. http://www.HappyEssence.com

Finding your Best Way to Happiness

February 6th, 2009

We all know that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. When you know your situation and your surroundings very well and have your eyes set on where you want to be, you should look straightly towards it and never lose sight on it. This may be the best way to looking at the opportunity to achieve happiness, but going about it depends entirely on you.

Taking the shortest possible way to happiness may solve the problem, but a lot of the more in-depth experiences can be missed and those experiences can play a major factor in prolonging the happiness that you wish to attain.

So if it isn’t the shortest, then it may very well be the longest, right? Well not necessarily as long ways have a possibility of taking you through so much and in the end throw you off course. Some long ways can lead to serious distractions and ultimately allowing you to lose sight on where you truly want to go.

Finding the best way to happiness is similar to finding the best way to a hidden treasure with the help of a treasure map. With regards to happiness, a map needs to be imagined in your mind. Every map has key points and dividing that pathway to happiness into segments allows you to highlight the areas that need attention and use those areas to springboard you towards that happiness so that it is yours to keep.

There will always be decision making involved and there may be more than one correct answer. Say for example you are not contented with the performance you are doing in school and you are thinking of studying harder. This can be considered the shortest possible solution. But what happens if you try visualizing a map so you can see a better view of your situation? If you do that, you will see your friends and family as key points to aid you in being better in school. You can keep it simple by asking your friends for help and then studying the rest of the way. This way, you will have a better success rate in doing better in school and ultimately becoming happier.

It is important not to get too caught up in your pursuit to happiness. Say we take the same example and you decide to consult both your family and friends and then spend even more time studying by yourself. This is where a possible frustration builds up due to overworking and some confidence can be lost as a result.

It is healthy to keep things balanced so that you go through enough experiences to secure your happiness and at the same time, you don’t stress yourself out in doing too much work to discourage you from finishing what you started.

The best way to happiness is a lot easier than you think: http://www.HappyEssence.com
